My eating disorder is seriously getting out of hand y’all :( I’m down 10 pounds since the summer. You can’t tell though, only I can tell, and I still look really good, but that’s not the point. The point is that I’m not taking care of myself, lmao go figure. I’m trying to get it under control and on a proper eating schedule, but it’s so fucking hard forcing myself to eat when I’m depressed :( I’m trying to get that under control, and my anxiety. Tomorrow I WILL have a psychiatrist appointment scheduled. 2019 is gonna be dedicated to taking care of myself. Something I haven’t been doing, something I don’t really know how to do or do well at all for that matter. But best believe this time next year, I will be a better person. First step is making my life better. Consider this a promise to myself, and me holding myself accountable.
2019 will be NOTHING like 2018 was.
